REGULATIONS
Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 100% deposit within 72 hours of making the reservation. Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
For non-refundable plans, reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 100% deposit within 72 hours of making the reservation. Free cancellation is not possible.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or online transfer (fast Przelewy24 transfers). For bank transfers, account details will be sent via email along with the initial reservation confirmation.
Receipt of a 100% deposit confirms the reservation. In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded. For non-refundable plans, receipt of a 100% deposit confirms the reservation; free cancellation is not possible.
